Most board and train programs train the dog and provide a single hand over session. The results fade within weeks, because nothing changes at home.

Diverse Dogs Stay & Train is different. Your dog spends two weeks living and training with Tim, working on the specific skills and objectives you want. After hand over you then receive five private follow on sessions that coach you how to lead your dog and maintain the behaviours long after the initial training period.

Diverse Dogs Stay & Train unfolds in two connected parts, designed to build foundation skills in your dog and the confidence in you to lead them.

Two Weeks With Tim

Where the foundations are built.

Your dog spends two weeks living with Tim, where they will receive multiple training sessions per day rather than one session on a schedule. The training is shaped around your goals, whether that’s learning commands, loose lead walking, recalls, impulse control, reactivity or other.

During their stay, along side training, your dog is kept fulfilled with play, searching and instinct driven activity as well as calm down time in private accommodation – no busy kennel environment .

Integrated Leadership Training

Where you take the lead.

Once your dog comes home the work shifts to you. Five private sessions teach you how to hold the structure your dog has learned and lead with calm confidence in real life. You will learn to read your dog, understand what they need from you and carry the training into your own environment and routines

This is the part most programs get wrong and where the longer term results come from. You won’t be hoping the training holds. You’ll be the reason it does.

Assessment & Goals

An in home or online consultation where Tim assesses your dog and we set your goals.

Pick Up From Home

Collected from your home and transported safely in a secure crate to Tim’s property

Daily Training

Multiple training sessions each day, focused on your goals and your dogs needs.

Enrichment

Play, Scent work, problem-solving and breed-specific activities that stimulate your dog’s mind and natural instincts.

Home & Leadership Sessions

Your dog returns home and the integrated leadership training begins.

Safety & Structure

Personal Attention

Tim only ever has two dogs on the property at once, so your dog gets more attention, more repetition, and more time to learn.

Secure Accomodation

Private, fully secured accommodation and fencing, so your dog is safe and comfortable in between sessions with Tim.

6 Acre Training Property

The two week-stay takes place on a private six-acre property in Kingaroy, with space to work, explore and settle.
