1. Services Provided
Diverse Dogs provides private dog training and coaching sessions, group dog training classes and workshops, and online dog training courses and content.
2. Appointment Cancellation Policy
Private Coaching Sessions: A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling of private coaching sessions. In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, a cancellation fee of 50% of the session price will be charged.
Group Classes and Workshops: A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required for cancellation of group classes and workshops. No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled class or workshop. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis if the spot can be filled by another participant.
3. Online Courses and Content
Refund requests for online courses and content will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase. Refunds may be denied if substantial progress has been made through the course content.
4. Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of booking or prior to the commencement of a session, class, workshop, or course access.
5. Limitation of Liability
Diverse Dogs shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, injuries, losses, or expenses arising from the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, injuries to individuals or animals, property damage, or any actions taken by a client’s dog. While we provide professional guidance and coaching, we do not guarantee specific training outcomes.
6. Intellectual Property
All training materials, course content, videos, handouts, and other resources provided by Diverse Dogs are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Clients are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or sharing these materials without prior written consent from Diverse Dogs.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Australia.
8. Amendments
Diverse Dogs reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
9. Photography and Publicity
By participating in Diverse Dogs’ services, clients grant Diverse Dogs the right to use photographs, videos, or other recordings taken during sessions, classes, workshops, or events for promotional and marketing purposes.
10. Responsibility for Dog's Care and Welfare
Clients are solely responsible for the care, welfare, and behaviour of their dog(s) at all times during and after training sessions, classes, workshops, or any interactions with Diverse Dogs. Clients must ensure that their dog(s) are healthy, up-to-date on vaccinations and worming treatments, and free from contagious diseases before participating in any Diverse Dogs activities.
